I spent a little time in the camo today by my birdfeeders. The highlight was the chickadee that mistook me for a tree and was trying to find a good spot to wedge his seed in order to crack it open. Luckily he settled on my knee as a good spot to feed. I also had one that thought that the inside of the lens hood of my 100-400 would be a nice spot to rest.

All taken with a Canon 350 XT and 100-400L @ ISO 400, between 300-400mm, SS = 1/320 to 1/1000

I really like the BG on the chickadee. Beautiful color painted on. And that squirrel sure is sitting up and paying attention. Good work.

I second the chickadee shot. They're all fabulous. I've got to find someone that has bird feeders that I can sit near.
