Ya stop at the Cross River walk up stream,and get some Brookies for supper,when ya hit the 2nd cross walk bridge a falls and pool by then you should have plenty for a nice trout meal.

Wish you could, they have fenced off the entire area now on

both sides of the river upstream for quite a ways. Stopped

there back in July and wanted to go climb up to take some

pictures, but was stuck on the bridge.

1)Hike out to shovel point (it's in the park). Very cool.

2)Gooseberry Falls

3)Drive up to Lutsen and take the gondola ride to the top to see the fall color. Also, ride the cement bobsled.

It's a great time of year to be up there.

Haven't done that for years! It was a lot of fun when I was younger. Probably be able to build up a lot more speed now.
