HunterLee Posted September 11, 2007 Share Posted September 11, 2007 I put mine in the crock with a bottle of some kind of bbq sause and few goose chunks, little brown sugar and pepper. Put some potatoes and a little water. the dove has fallen of the bone, as an hour ago the tators weren't wuite done. Snuck a taste and it smells and taste good, and tender, both the goose and dove.
