Replacement stock for Stevens Model 311?

An old guy I know found a Stevens 311 in his attic. Butt stock and for-end are useless. Anybody have an idea where he might find replacements at REASONABLE cost.

Note: I said reasonable costs.

He's an old guy who isn't wealthy like the rest of us.
