Race Postponed till Monday

It is scheduled for tomorrow(monday) but the National Weather Service is calling for an 80% chance of precipitation on Monday. So it could possibly be a Tuesday race.

Asked what would happen if the race could not be run this week, NASCAR spokesman Ramsey Poston said, ``Although we certainly hope to get it in, and plan to get it in this week, if we had to move it, the race would be scheduled for the weekend after Thanksgiving, making it the last race on the schedule.''

Hello, is there anybody home, an end of November race in Michigan? Forget Aero package, start talking about snow tires, antifreeze mixtures, block heaters and wind chill factors. The stands would look to be all Tony Stewart fans because of all the blaze orange insulated clothes.
