OK- here's the deal.. I've got some food that I'm planning on bringing that is fair game for all- the problem is I don't have a cooler for it. I can pack it to last the trip down, but not likely for the rest of the time on the beach.... would I be able to talk one of you into lending perhaps one large and one small cooler? I'll have my own ice and whatnot so the vessel itself is all that's needed.

I've got some meat, venison and chicken, too much for me to eat before it freezerburns, and a watermelon to share.

how many attendee's are we at presently? just so I can bring the right amount.

this aside from my bait, beverage and personal side dishes- unfortunately I dont have enough of that to share as well...

I've also confirmed availability of those wooden crates for burning, they should work well. the manager of the plate glass place I'm getting these said we can have as many as we want, anytime we want- then he dosen't have to pay to have them hauled out!

may even be able to make a nice grilling stand out of one of them!

can you forward me a map marking the spot? I'm going to be down there a little earlier in the day, and might like to try to get the wood and what not out before the fun begins.

Glad to hear you can make it Jerry! The fish are back on the bite. Quite a few big ones caught last night.

I just got word that a person drowned late last night early this morning at the Plan A spot. I don't have any details right now.

Sounds like some kids were out there partying and one jumped/fell in

Seriously, I'll be at the Jordan landing around 4:30.

Also the info on the drowning is it's about 5 miles upstream of the landing, what I know is that they have been dragging the river since early this morning. Drinking and swimming in the river is a recipe for a disaster such as this.
