Sorry missed that, remove the rear console, center console, and you will see an adjusting lock nut, adjust as needed, make sure rear brakes are in good shape, and adjusted up before adjusting hand lever.

You can increase ebrake power by setting up the rear drum brakes if they are loose. Remove the little rubber cover on the inside of the brake. Using a flat blade srcrewdriver or a brake adjusting tool, turn the adustment wheel. It doesn't take much. If you aren't good with brakes, take it in and have it done at a repair shop. If you get them too tight it will cause the rear brakes to drag and prematurely wear.

If it's like other Toy's, Careful about too many winds, you'll get a long end of metal sticking out.
