icehousebob
Mr. Bass, that sounds good, but one change I would make would be to place a few strips of bacon over the top to cook its flavor into the meatloaf. I can never leave a recipe well enough alone.
polarsusd81
A super easy one that has all the seasoning in it for you is to use a box of Stovetop, 2 lbs of burger and 2 eggs. There are a couple varieties of stuffing, I just used a turkey stuffing mix. Mix it all up nice and throw it in the oven. The sauce is another story in itself. I like to mix a bit of ketchup, dijon mustard, honey, brown sugar, and a bit of salt and pepper. I couldn't tell the quantities, but it is normally 2-1-1 and 1 tbsp-and a couple pinches.Tom
work sucks
I made Bobby Bass' meatloaf last night...It was excellent and very easy. Only change I made was more onion and I mixed 1/2 catsup with 1/2 Famous Daves Devil Spit hot BBQ sauce.
Jim Almquist
Put down a few sheets of saran wrap and spread out your burger real thin and then put pizza sauce all over and season with oregano, basil, thyme and some mozzarella cheese. Now start at one end and roll up and put it in a bread pan and bake and when it is getting close put some sauce and cheese on the top and let it melt and your ready. kunk
Years ago when I had three room mates, we used the same process as Jim's, except we used a standard meat loaf recipe and after it was rolled out flat we spread grated cheddar over it and rolled it up. Did a family pack of ground beef and used a roasting pan. Everybody loved it. All ten pounds were gone in two days.

lawdog
Here is my favorite of many recipes we've tried... 2 lbs ground beef (I actually use 1 deer or elk and one beef) 1 package Jimmy Dean Regular Sausage 1 large onion chopped 3 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp pepper 24 Ritz or Townhouse crackers crushed 2 lightly beaten eggs 1 1/2 cups milk Mix all together in a very large bowl. Put into to TWO large loaf pans bake at 360 for 1 hr and 15 min. ENJOY! PS I'd like to hear if anyone tries this and likes it or not...
