not sure, I head they have a bunch of rapalas for sure. I have not been up there lately and I am leaving for Amistad tomorrow

They have more bass tackle than anybody around here. Lots of name brands that nobody else carries. I wouldn't expect any deals however.

I know where Thorne Bros is, but where is Capra's? I know it's close by. I need to get some fishing line and I'm thinking spring already.

Capra's is on MN 65/ Central Avenue (The next major road to the east). It is farther north than Thornes. It's on the east side of the road not too far south of Highway 10.

Ah OK Thanks for the info. Up by 10 was the clue. I went there before for a Minnkota part.

I really like Capras, only been there a few times but have always had good luck finding baits that the big stores don't carry, I thought the prices were okay. Thorne bros and Capras make for a decent day trip during the next few dredded months.

I only go to Capra's when I need something that I absolutely can't find anywhere else and don't have enough time to get through the mail. Their prices are just flat out too high. The bigger Gander's have just as big of a selection for bass in my opinion and are cheaper. If you haven't tried Sportsman's Warehouse in Coon Rapids it is definately worth a visit - cheapest prices in town and decent (not huge) selection. Lake Fork stuff is nearly $2/bag cheaper at SW than Capra's for example.
