Auger Throttle Cable

This weekend I had the throttle cable on my Strikemaster Magnum III break. I was wondering if anyone knows where I would be able to find a replacement throttle for this auger? It's a little on the old side and they don't make them anymore. I wouldn't mind finding a used one but they're probably going to be hard to come by. Does anybody know if other models have the same cable and throttle? I imagine I could go directly to Stikemaster but they're probably going to be my most expensive option.

Where are you located?

I broke mine awhile ago and found a small shop in Forest Lake that had one in stock.

try strike master, you may be surprised.. i had my auger break once, i brought it there and they fixed it on the spot. And the best part was no charge..... or go to their HSOforum and see if there is an authorized repair place in your area.

I'd try strikemaster direct. Bring your auger in, and they will probably fix it on the spot, and maybe charge you for the cable. Fantastic cust service.

Strikemaster is in Big Lake. They'll fix up up if stop in or call them and they get one sent out to you right away.

D-Rock in mew brighton on hwy 8 repaired my brothers for about fifteen

I contacted Strikemaster and they told me to contact D-Rock or if I want it fixed to go to Vos outdoor power equipment. I was kind of hoping I could just go to Big Lake and get the part. I didn't really want to have shipping charges as well. Gotta pay to play I guess.

I picked up a new cable for my OPE mag III unit at D-Rock for $12. It's easy to remove the old one, and install the new one, and the parts guy will give you detailed advice and answer all your questions. Great service!
