Lac Seul or Minnitaki?

Any opinions on this, for June? I want to go to Lac Seul, but a guy in our group is dying to go to Minnitaki. I think he is crazy. Help please, so I can talk some sense into him. I have fished Lac Seul twice now, and dont see any reason to change.

Thats a six pack of your favorite beverage for you!! Is Minnitaki a good lake? Seems like everyone said it has been down, both in fishing and water levels. It's just hard for me to consider anything else after fishing Lac Seul. The only negative about the Seul, is that it ruins you for fishing anywhere else, home or abroad. Awesome place and wild to boot.

It's a good lake, but just not as good as Lac Seul. That's why alot of camps will daytrip Lac Seul, some from Eagle are daytripping it. That tells you something. The water is down just about everywhere, hopefully we end up with alot more snow this winter. No matter where you go, have fun.

Your friend is not crazy, they are both very good fisheries; I think Lac Seul is a blast, minaki is becoming very popular in the last few years, lac seul has been popular for ever.

Minaki is by Kenora, he is talking abot Minnitaki next door to Lac Seul. Lac Seul is The winner.

what side of lacs Seul? Not connected though? Will have to try to find a map.

They are both great lakes, if you are familiar with Lac Seul I would stick with what you know.

I've never been to Minnitaki, but have fished all over Lac Suel. It would be pretty hard to improve upon Lac Suel, especially for walleyes.

Interested in trying Lac Seul also, is there a part or area of this lake that is better to try for a first timer on this lake. Can anyone also suggest a camp to try also? Roughin' it is not a problem as in creature comforts.
