Aqua-Vu problems

i just got my aqua-vu scout 2 in the mail from thorne bros and i took it out of the package. read the manual. then connected the camera cable to the moniter. then turned it on and it was blury with a bunch of lines going through it. then i turned it off read the manual again didn't really say much. so i turned it on again and nothing pure blurr and lines. is it a blown fuse or are the connectors broken? have any of u guys had problems like this on your aqua-vus?

Check Battery first, charge then use.

On the upper right there is a button marked camera. Push it so that the button is in the farthest out position.

I have the same problem on my SRT, you can't even read the temp it's so blurry. I decided I was just going to return it at the store, the next day I tried it again it worked fine. (Well now I can't return it when it works fine) Then the first time I took it out it happened again, shut it off, turned it on and it worked fine.
