Went out fishing this past weekend on a local lake.. . didnt have much luck but managed to get a few cool pics of the cracks in the ice. .

its amazing how closely this crack looks like the wing of a bird. . like an eagle or something . .

possably a eagle swooped at a fish when the ice was still thin and soft and left a wing print when the ice hardened? almost like when a hawk or owl catches catches a mouse in fresh snow? maybe?

The ice on this lake was about 6 inches thick and the crack was actually vertical. I had to kneel at an angle to get a decent pick but the picture doesnt do justice to how cool it actually was. . in the second picture you can see how the top of it is actually bent the opposite way like wind pushing on the end of it. .it was unreal!
