I have upgraded to an X2 so I am selling my yukon that was bought new last year.

Included is a Travel Cover, Universal Hitch, and a Trap Link.

It has runners on the sled.

This house is in mint condition. No tears or stains. Has been religiously set up in garage after EVERY use to dry out. All in all, a very good buy.

you can go get a brand new one for that same price and through some places just for the sale they will throw in an extra or two. Just wondering why so highly priced?

While I agree you can get a new one for that price, remember a new one doesent come with runners, hitch, link or cover.

I have invested about $675 in this house. It is put together, ready to fish. Have you ever put one of these together or installed the runners? Not fun! This house was used 8-10 times last year. I take excellent care of stuff that I own and this house is basically new. Also, I think that most people know that unless a price says "FIRM" after it, it probably is negotiable.

Can 1 person be able to lift it out of their truck and set it up?

As far as lifting it in and out of the truck one person can do it, but you wouldn't want to have the sled loaded down with your auger, bait pails, heater, etc because then it might be a little heavy. As far as setting it up, yes one person can do that. They are a breeze to set up. When it was both my husband and I fishing only one of us would set the house up. It was just easier and faster than having two people inside. It can be set up in just a minute or so.
