If there is not enough people I would say we just set a time and take the place over.(Everyone will need there own shoulder pads).

If this is the case then we need a time.

To those who have replied what time would work durning the day on the 21st?

Or would a week night work better. I would assume less people to deal with.

I would prefer the 9:45 start time over earlier in the day, less people and traffic to deal with. Mon-Wednesday's are out for me. Either way I'll be there.
