Question regarding Deer Movement

In general where are the deer headed in a) the morning around first light, in the evening around dusk?

In the morning they should be headed back to thier bedding area and maybe a drink of water on the way.The evening they are headed to the eating grounds and going to have a drink.

That about sums it up, but this time of year as the rut gets going, bucks can and will be chasing does at various times of the day and night. I have seen bucks chasing from early morning, to mid afternoon already this year.

Was out last night and saw a small forkhorn chasing a doe. He was on her tail non stop. She wanted nothing to do with him.

what harvey lee said but just remember during the rut bucks are moving almost constanly looking for receptive does in the last five days ive had more pics on my trail cams of bucks then i have in the last month. a good majority of them during the day. most of them between 8:30 and 11:30
