Anybody else want to see Radke come back? I know i really would, some people might not agree with me but i think he would do just fine next year as their 4 or 5 starter. I know he gives up to many home runs but after that rough start this year he had pretty good numbers. I couldn't believe the heart that he showed playing with that bum shoulder. I guess i would really like to see him come back no matter how he does next year, i think it would be really nice for them to get a ring for him; i think they have a good shot if they add a couple players; just because of how he stuck with the team in the 90's when they were horrible and he was still a 20 game winner. What do you guys think?

Everyone dreams to go out on top. That did not happen for Brad this year but he did have a good ride. He is a young guy still and I think he needs to heal that shoulder and then take a look at playing again if he wants. I would say that he has been playing ball for more then 25 years. Maybe he is ready to move on. Would make a fine pitching coach. Always could throw with control and there is no questioning the guy has heart and a love for the game.

Yeah I would agree he set a great example for the young guys on the staff on how to pitch through pain. I hope he has surgery this offseason, takes next year off and lets everything heal up and then maybe come back the following year.

I would love to seem him come back as a 4th or 5th starter/mentor but I don't see it. If it was just the pain and rehab staring him in the face he probably would, but he usually cites a desire to be with his kids more and watch them grow up. I don't think that one is negotiable to him anymore.

I would like to see him back, but I really wonder if his shoulder would allow him to perform as good as he wants to.

Radke would be #4 or #5 if he absolutely had to, but I don't think he wants to. He's been the backbone of the team for a long time. As much as I don't want to see him go, it's time for him to go fishing.

      got this tackled today took about 3 hours to get both sides done. Didnt even get to use a torch....   Thought I was golden with just jacking it up and I could get to everything but no luck. Had to remove the entire axle hub and brake assembly to get to what I needed. Was a pain but still better then taking off the entire pivot arm.    Axle bearings were already greased and in great shape thankfully. Got both leaf springs installed and its ready for the road again.   Probably going to have my electric brakes checked, I am not touching anything with the brake drums. Based on what I saw it doesn't look like my electric brakes have been working anyway. Brakes are nice to have if its slippery out

      Chicken mine,  melded in Mccormick poultry seasoning for 24 hours.  Grill will get a break till the frigid temps go away!

      we had some nice weather yesterday and this conundrum was driving me crazy  so I drove up to the house to take another look. I got a bunch of goodies via ups yesterday (cables,  winch ratchet parts, handles, leaf springs etc).   I wanted to make sure the new leaf springs I got fit. I got everything laid out and ready to go. Will be busy this weekend with kids stuff and too cold to fish anyway, but I will try to get back up there again next weekend and get it done. I don't think it will be bad once I get it lifted up.    For anyone in the google verse, the leaf springs are 4 leafs and measure 25 1/4" eye  to eye per Yetti. I didnt want to pay their markup so just got something else comparable rated for the same weight.   I am a first time wheel house owner, this is all new to me. My house didn't come with any handles for the rear cables? I was told this week by someone in the industry that cordless drills do not have enough brake to lower it slow enough and it can damage the cables and the ratchets in the winches.  I put on a handle last night and it is 100% better than using a drill, unfortatenly I found out the hard way lol and will only use the ICNutz to raise the house now.
