4 trips getting skunked isn't too much to get worked up about yet. Just got a keep on gettin' after it. I'm a bit afraid to say that I haven't caught a flattie in 3 weeks or so. Had a hard time getting bit and have had a hard time getting hooks into fish again.

I'm "up north" right now and should be heading over to the Red in a couple hours to lay the smack down on some monster channel cats. I can't think of anything better than fishing those Red River channels for 4 days straight!
