Neiko
I heard on another HSOforum of an additive called Water Wetter that you add to your antifreeze and supposedly your bike will run around 30 degrees cooler. Has anyone ever used this stuff and if so is it ok to use leave it in during the winter?
jltimm
I had a friend that used Engine Ice,which is pretty much the same thing. It does help to keep the machine running a little cooler, alot of the southern states run this, especially the "mudders"!
harvey lee
We have used the water wetter in the race car motor and it seems to work.I have never used it in the winter as we dont race.
Woodsy
I don't believe you are supposed to leave it in during the winter months.
fasternu
I also use it in my race car, it works wonders. However, the bottle says you really shouldn't use it with anti-freeze, so I don't think it would be very good in the winter.
Neiko
Ok. Sounds like I will skip it for my 4 wheeler then. Thanks.
jltimm
I thought Engine ice would work as antifreeze also, but I'm not sure. I know the friend that used it in his wheeler, never had it freeze on him in 4 winters.
