LOTW Get together

Come one, come all. The annual LOTW summer get together is next Saturday the 24th. Great locale out near the Wheelers access at Kaz's fish camp. Jeff Beckwith is again head chef and he does a bang up job with them fillets. Door prizes from some of FM's great sponsers too.

The fishing has been quite reliable and iffin the weather helps out the fish should be a snappin for us.

Too bad it was not the week of the fourth, I will be up there visting DIRTBALL. aka father in law. too far to make that trip twice in such a close time frame.

Lake of the Woods area forecast for Saturday.....Mostly sunny, high of 78, SSW wind 10mph. Sounds good eh?

NW Minnesota the weather can change in a hurry but it is lookin to be a sweet day on the water for sure, even small boats will be good to go about anywheres if the forecast stays as is.

I'll be doing a bit of fishing with Kaz along the South shore of Traverse on Friday and we'll keep no secrets as to any success's, or lack there of, that we may encounter out there come Saturday morning.

Still time to make plans to attend, be it for the day or the weekend.
