slim1
Does anyone think that it would be worth moving down to steal him from G.B or is it not worth it to do so, just wondering.
buzzsaw
Those rocket scientists they have in the packers front office will probably draft another QB!!
nolte
BuzzI don't think that the purple followers are in any position to be giving any draft advise. I hope the Pack takes him, cause we are pretty weak on the LB core.
buzzsaw
I'd take him too!
Down to Earth
I think the LB crop is deep enough that the Vikings will get a solid LB at #17, if that's the direction they choose. They'd probably have to give up quite a bit to get in the top 4 that I don't think they could justify it. Besides if your going to move up that high, you might as well take the QB. james_walleye
Ok so i heard on ESPN that with Favre returning the pack may choose too give him a new weapon and not take Hawk and go with Vernon Davis. They were very insistent that if this takes place the vikings might pull the trigger too move up too the #6 spot in a trade with the niners and snipe Hawk out of there. Sounded like it would take first, second, and third rounder too do it.
koonie
Hawk is awesome but he's not worth a first, second, and third. He'd sure look good in purple though!Just for the record Cutler is waaaaaaaaaaay over rated! Look for the Vikes to pick up that QB from Oregon in the second round(might have to trade up to the top of round two). With the seventeenth pick in the 2006 NFL draft the Minnesota Vikings select Virginia Tech cornerback Jimmy Williams. You heard it here first.
