gspman
Was up at URL last week. The triangle sort of got me. I broke the arm on my LX-3 and also discovered that my transducer was shot. Got back and on Thursday afternoon I called Marcum and explained my situation and they said they'd send a 'ducer and arm right out. Next day they were on my doorstep FREE OF CHARGE. The new 'ducer has a longer cord than the older one which is nice. Tested it out and all was good. Thanks Marcum. Top notch service!gpsman
Wiskers
I too say top notch. I have had some issues this winter and they have taken care of me quick and very generously. I cant wait to send in the LX3 for an upgrade.. Might have to have them check the Ducer too.. It was acting real odd last trip out to LOW, lots of clutter and could not read jigs very well.... Hummm.. Better make the call. My VS560 has been awesome.. even on LOW it was working very well when the water cleared up over by Zipple.
maj330
I had a similar problem with my transducer recently. Worked well for a few months after I got it but then started requiring higher and higher gain to see my jig. Sent it in on Wednesday and received Friday. Not sure what they did to it but it works like it did when new. Only 3 days without it including shipping time. Excellent and fast service! Cliff Wagenbach
I also have to say that MarCum's customer service is the very best! I had problems with my LX3 last weekend. I called them and explained what was wrong and they had me mail the flasher and also the transducer,(which was ok), to them. I mailed them on Wed. and had my fixed LX3 back on Friday! To make the service even sweeter, they added the True Color update and a new transducer! All at NO COST to me!! That kind of service can never be topped! Ray Esboldt
Agreed. I sent my LX-3tc in for a minor fix, and had it back in 3 days. That is a turnaround second to none in their industry.
Scott M
Got a small issue tweaked on a first year's edition LX-5 now that the ice season is done. Phenomenal customer service. Great bunch of guys. Dropped off and picked it up right at their headquarters in Anoka. Nothing like shaking hands with the guy that works on your product. First rate customer service. And a free sticker for the truck. Thanks MarCum!!!!!!!
fisherdog19
I had the same experience in Dec of 06. I was leaving for a trip on a Thursday and my LX5 quit working on Tuesday. Since it was in warranty, the sent me a knew one overnight without requiring me to send the old one first, as long as I promised to when I got back on my trip. I was very satisfied and appreciative of that kind of service.
