If your looking to build a sled for it try some old downhill ski's. Just make a wooden frame wide enough to support the house, and as tall as ya want. (I had mine up about a foot and a half to clear deeper snow.) Then attach it to the ski's. I would countersink the screws as I came up from the bottom. Then drill 2 holes up front for a rope, and your set. Then when your pulling if ya want unlatch the bigger hole cover and set stuff in there you want to keep in place, or bungies and eyebolts on the side. I use to have a canvas plus and it worked pretty slick for me when I did it.

Good luck

By the time I get my son and a heater plus the necessities, that is all I dare put in. I have a sled that I bought at Wally World to haul everything in. It is smaller than the Clam so I drilled hoes and put plastic twine attached to washers through the sides. I then use straps to tie everything down.

I take the back board out for the wholes, and put the Propane tank and heater in there and I have all my stuff in rubbermade container and put that on top with the auger next to it. Never had a problem with it. 2 people 2 rods heater lantern and minows is all you need to have and with all that it is perfect in the shack.

Another option is old snowmobile skis a little welding and it is great only problem in three years is when the skis hit water and then snow very hard pulling then also taking plastic milkcrates and ty-wrapping them together makes a great storage for hauling and a bookcase inside when your fishing this is what my buddy Fergus MorMcErc has and it works great keeping house clutter to a minimum
