What do you sit on?

I was just wondering when you are not in a fish house and in the open, what do you sit on. A homemade pail, manufactured chair, or what? I got a Keeper Deluxe Ice-Fishing Chair for X-mas and I got a color I didn't like and thought to myself, is there anything better than this out there? Anyways, just wondering what you guys use?

If you have ever watched one of the HotSpotOutdoors shows you will notice I dont sit much.. I would consider myself a very mobile angler. I dont stick around in one hole long. So to carry a chiar around is too much. This winter I picked up a pair of . Roryn Pants They are a fleece, and water proof. I have fallen in love with them, I can kneel in water and stay dry and warm!

If I'm driving to the spot, I bring a chair---any fold-up one that's handy at the time. If I'm walking into a spot, then I sit on the bucket that's holding all my stuff. Usually if I'm outside and don't have the house with me, I've noticed that I stand most of the time anyway. For some reason, that's warmer to me. I do the same at football games and hockey games. I'm one of those guys with a coffee in one hand standing in the back row or along the fence. Fishing's the same. Usually standing, jigging over the hole.

I usually sit on my butt and when I get up I take it with me! Normally I sit on the bucket that would hold all of my fish, if I were actually catching fish! Most of the time though I am standing and walking from one hole to the other. Take care and N Joy the Hunt././Jimbo

i cut a piece of plywood and screwed two 2x2's to the underneath, and adjusted to fit snug in my bucket. i also stainded and clear coated the top. it acts as my chair, table, and cover for my bucket. its easy to carry with me, and looks nice. i have a 6 gallon bucket so its taller and all the poles sit in with the table on top.
