SNOW. Weather forcast is predicting through thursday night, what is that going to do to lakes that are already having a hard time making ice. I am having a hard time going out know with a unstable 3 to 4 inches. I have a new portable with a burning itch, but not a itch to fall in.

I just dipped my itchy parts in a freshly cut hole in the ice and that cooled it down right quick.

This snow is going to make the metro ice very ugly, especially if the snow is heavy. I cured my itch by driving a little north of the cities, but by the end of the day it was a full blown rash! It will take several doses a week to cure.

"Scratch" that itch by driving up to Brainerd. There's good ice to be found and the walleyes are cooperating very nicely.

Not a good time for a heavy snow fall. Who knows though, the storm could slide off to our east and we may only end up with a couple inches.(fingers crossed)

Duluth area has 12" of great ice on most lakes. Of course Lake Superior has none.

Just remember no ice is safe ice.
