I have Cabelas 160 commercial food dehydrator.

160liters capacity, 110volts, 1,600watts, 16 shelf trays.

It just has few scratches, but it was new.

Digital display, control of drying time, time left, outside temp, inside temp.

Excellent if you want to make your own jerky, sausage, dry fruits, etc...

Valv I may be interested. What type of glass is needed ? What type of glass gasket is on the surround? Do you have the manuals for?

It needs a tempered glass due to temperature issue, and slightly curved.

Many bought them and replaced it with metal (aluminum).

I have no manuals, these are sold by Cabelas stores at $ 299.00. I have only 2 left at $ 100.00 no more cheap ones.

Ok, I still have some 80 liters at $ 100.00 and 2 160 liters at $ 175.00

I remind you these are COMMERCIAL dehydrators......deer jerky season is just behind the corner.

These guys can be set up for up to 24hrs and 160 deg drying time, all automatic.

To replace front glass just use a sheet of aluminum, or...some people called mfg and got free glass......
