They're in the phone book. They probably have them in stock and not too far from Robbinsdale.

I have an old Jiffy chipper that's almost 20 years old and I'm on my second set of chippers. I re-file them several times a year with a metal file and that works great. If they are real bad a grinding wheel might be in order. Take the file and save some bucks.
