catman71 Posted August 12, 2005 Share Posted August 12, 2005 for smaller rainbows, I just gut them and soak them in a brine and smoke them whole. they taste like ham. pretty good with beer and a Ritz or even salteenes if you don't want to spend the big bucks....... But smoked ones are good to, they want you to take fish under 10" from the Kinny perfect size for an extra in the lunch box and your helping the population.
