Displaying License on a Portable

What have you guys found is the best way to display the proper info. on your portable. I have a Clam Guide and have been toying with different ideas as to how to display my name and address and etc..

I personally have a Frabil LXTwin.. and ithas a sleeve up front for you to put stuff like that. I just put my DNR #... No name, or addy.

Clam has a license holder available either online or you can get one at Gander in Minnetonka, I saw them there the other day. I used a grommet making kit to punch the holes then you can attach the holder to your portable.

I have a new Yukon. Before putting it together, I took the canvas to Harris Canvas and had them sew in a clear pocket for my license and also sew on the ID# holder that comes with the Yukon. It cost $37.50. I was not so sure that the gromet kit that came with the holder was such a great idea.

For you guys that don't have a sleeve for your name or license here is what I have done. I have been useing the back-tags that deer hunters in wisconsin use. The back-tags come with a big safety pin. First I put my name or drivers license number on a piece of thin cardboard, I then insert it in and tape the back shut. I then put the safety pin through my zipper latch and your set. I have asked many game wardens and they haven't had a problem with it as long it's visable to them. I found this a great way tp prevent putting alot of holes in my fish-traps and it's worked great so far.
