Deitz Dittrich
In shallow waters the larger the cone angle the more information you will see. This will help you in marking fish on your graff. I personally would go with the 19...
anyfishwilldo
I bought the 9-19. The option to change the cone angle is nice to have, then you would not be stuck with a 19 cone if you happen to get into deeper water. It is only a difference of $20 or so. efgh
I have the vez fl 18 with the 9- 19 transducer, works great, only draw back is, it doesn,t fit real good in the hole in the foam for carring it when moving around.
Dry_Fly
efgh, I have no problem with 9 - 19 transducer fits real nice in the Ultra Pack on my FL-18 and locks in tight for transporting. Do you have the Pro Pack than?
efgh
I guess its the scotch blood , I bought the fl 18 that has just the black plastic base, battery compartment, battery charge indicater and handle for carring, with the 9- 19 trans. was a little cheaper, like I said the scotch is showing.
