Selling a 7 by 16 crank up wheel ice house. The wheels crank up inside the house into a bench that was built around them. There is currently 4 holes inside but 2 more could be added with no problems. The floor was made from 3/4 greentreat plywood base with 2.5 isocyanurate insulation that has a R 20 with 2 layers of 120 mil poly on top of that and then a 1/2 plywood on top of that.The walls were built with 3 5/8 metal studs 16" on center with the same 2.5 R 20 isocyanurate. The inside walls were covered with paneling and the seams were covered with 1x4's. The ceiling has white metal on the same metal that people put in htere garages with r 22 fiberglass for insulation. Has 2 24" by 24" slider windows 2 bunks built indoor/outdoor carpet and a standered steel garage service door for the entrance. All we ever used to heat it was a sunflower heater and the heat from our lantern, It was warm at -30 below wind chills on red last year. The house is in wyoming mn just north of forest lake.
