viking_fan
Here is my bucket I got a couple of years ago. It holds just about everything. Just thought I would share it with you all because I love this thing so much I can put two Frabill tip ups ontop of the minnow bucket inside as well. fishermn
Nice setup, how did you attach the PVC tubes to the outside of the bucket?
TV BOY
And do those caps twist to lock the rods in? Great idea!
viking_fan
The tubes are riveted in place and the caps have a notch in the back to make them lock in place. There is also a string that is attached to the bucket and to the cap so you don't lose it. psegriz
Looks real nice. Pockets on the outside, heck only thing ya gotta carry in the other hand is your auger.

Eric Wettschreck
Very nice Viking. I like the picture, it gives me some ideas. I'm awful tired of the "All my stuff messed together in a bucket" syndrome. If Santa doesn't deliver a Revolution bag on Saturday I'll be in the garage making something very similar to what you have. fishing 101
I made one also, but put the PVC on the inside of the bucket to protect the reals. It works, but you can only put 4 rods in it, and nothing else because the reals take up to much room. I might have to switch to the outside, but am concerned about the reals being exposed. Looks great!

McGurk
Sweet Setup! Looks like some quality garage time for Christmas! I see that you notched the top rim of the bucket for the caps. Is that intentional, or could you raise the tubes so there isn't a conflict? Or could a person just space them out away from the wall of the bucket to leave clearence? Again, nice setup! viking_fan
The bucket is notched so the cap can be notched as well. The cap kind of sets in a little, then with a small notch on one side it uses the bucket as like a stop so it locks in place.I will try to post what the cap looks like tonight.
