I got out with my old man for about 3 hours. Fished 18 to 21 feet of water used maki mino or wax worms. Caught some bigger gills over 8 inches up to 9 and 5/8ths those fish were released!

Hit the ice with the legend @eyeguy 54 we chased some crappies and gills on a small lake up by Mille lacs. We did ok not great but we caught fish. I enjoy fishing with eyeguy we both just want to catch fish and it is game on.

Well my plain was to spend today on the last weekend of Walleye up on Mille Lacs until our main backed up and had to wait 6 hrs for the guy that was going to be there in 2hrs! Called another outfit and the guys was there in 20mins!

 

Was a bit windy out but glad you guys got out there.

Well the best walleye bite closed. The next best walleye bite is the rum river when water is clear it's lights out fishing for walleyes and smallies. Green and Lori have crappie bites look for fish surface feeding. Bass are being on every lake in the area as are pike. I might get out today for a bit!
