Meatball Melding

I'd call melding giving the ingredients time to work together with the meat.  Kind of like when you make chili and the next day you eat it after being in fridge and it has more flavor.

wait a minute...I'm most improved off tracker by far and leech started this whole melding thing.  I think he's trying to worm his way into the "cool" group

This thread is title "meatball melding" and on page three we're still way way way way on topic.  Now if it was "I crashed my snowmobile" then you'd be right...and the original poster.

Oh for petesakes, now how can you blame me for all the big softballs you all have thrown up in the air!

Plus, I didn't crash my snowmobile, I glided softy to a stop on the side of the trail!

Well, excuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuse me, Miss Barbara Walters! Have you ever considered maybe the track was outta line when it got started??!
