National Bacon Day

It is National Bacon Day today.  I know there are some bacon posts but thought it would be a crime to not mention it and celebrate it.  Our country finally got something right.

Thanks LL.  Good excuse to have BLT's tonight.  I have some homemade bacon left and after reading the bacon threads I am in the mood to have some.

Bacon and eggs this morning for us.  Canadian home smoked bacon that is but it's bacon.  If you ever see Elliots brand double smoked thick sliced bacon get some.  It's lean and super good.  I bought some at the Plymouth Waterford Cub store right off 169 and 55 for 3.99 per pack [16 oz].  good luck.

Corned beef hash is basically the innards of potato sausage, I'd go for it but you probably already have.

I love having my own personal comedian at my disposal. My tribute to bacon was delicious.

Del-what happened to the spell check feature?  Mine went away.

But I am always trying to be King but the Queen here beats me down.
