Tofu Turkey ideas

I'm sitting around getting ready to go muzzy hunting tomorrow.  I can't make it to the cabin but asked a buddy if I could muzzy hunt his place by my house.  5 miles away and it's in the 601 metro zone.  Frankly, my odds of seeing and/or shooting a wall mounter are exponentially higher there than up at the cabin.

I'm kind of bored so I was wondering if anyone would mind sharing their favorite tofu turkey recipe.  I've seen some on line but I always know you guys can do better.   I plan on doing a taste test between the tofu and the one I'm making in the fryer today.  I know many times guys kid that they would like to come over and eat things that are posted on here.  This time I am inviting anyone who would like to come and try the tofu.  My address is:

Hmmmmm well it really sounds tempting double L, but im in the middle watching the Jefferson's meet the castaways og Gilligans Island marathon. all day everyday thru christmas. Just as Mr. J was moving on up he went on a 3 hours cruise.... and well you know what happens.. Good times.. good times...

Can't help much unless you specify wether it needs to be completely vegan, or is lacto or ovo vegetarian ok? Suppose pollotarian vegetarian would be easiest.....kind of like killing two birds with one fork....so to speak.

Tofu Turkey we have an old family recipe, heat oven to 325 wrap Tofu in tinfoil, toss in garbage can and put real bird in the oven. Of course that is just how we prepare it here.  149 Main Street, isn't that on the ODD side of the street?
