Spaghetti O Mistake

I've mentioned before I don't cook by recipe very often as was the case tonight.  My son has hockey and wanted to eat earlier than the rest of us so I threw together some quick spaghetti for him.  For the sauce I just threw some ground venison breakfast sausage in a pan and browned it and added some sauce and  a little sugar to cut the bitterness of the sauce.  He ate most of it and there was some left so I finished it off...to my surprise it tasted EXACTLY like spaghetti o's.  I mean if you held a gun to my head I wouldn't ever have been able to do it.  Even the meat chunks looked like it.   The worst part is that it tasted awesome, I'm slightly humbled and surprised how much I forgot I like canned spaghetti.  Shame on me.

You may have forgoten what it tasted like but you wont forget how it comes out.

That's ok. My son's very first ever batch of spaghetti ended up having a nut from the pan cover hiding in it some where. I had to use a metal detector when I got home to find out which bowl it was in!
