Tiger Meat

Kesslers in Aberdeen makes some mean Tiger Meat.  I've made it myself and also use sirloin in my grinder.  

Great post eye guy, this is one heavenly snack.  The more of your friends that are scared of it the more for you.  We do prefer the sweeter Club Crackers with it.

Well, I made it this weekend.  It's good, it needed something.  After talking with my dad he eats it a bit here and there.  He grew up having it but then it was "Raw meat on Rye"

She is an Eskland. Cross between the American Eskimo and the Shetland Sheepdog.

maybe more pepper?  try different stuff till you find what you like.  just onions, garlic powde and pepper is what I really like.

I can seel like a black bean an corn type salsa with it.  other than that either ya'll like it or hate it or eh, it ok.

Bet a little cilantro would be a good addition. ..

Sprinkle some dill weed  or rosemary on 'er. You don't want to overpower it with anything; the clean taste of the fresh meat is the main goal here, guys. Some pepper, and a sprinkle of onion salt is always just right.
