MN Prarie Chickens

I have also applied for this hunt and hope to be drawn. This should be a blast I know my Grandfather is really excited as he did have a chance to hunt chickens back in the Good Old Days. I have not heard how many people applid but there are only 100 licences available. I had read in Outdoor News sometime ago that they expected about 1000 applicants. Have fun.

Well it seems that the DNR's HSOforum wasn't correct when they told me I was denied for a chicken license, WE WERE ACTUALLY SUCCESSFUL!!! We just received the license permit/application in the mail. If anyone knows of someone in the 420 B permit area that has land that may allow hunting please let me know. thanks much.
