Looking for a new snowmobile helmet

Looked at some last year and saw some with a flip down inner tinted shield that looked nice. Also probably want a heated / defrost shield seeing my new machine will have a plug in for it. Also considering modular but not sure on that either. Any particular brand that stands out or any online or good places to buy or check them out. Will probably have to see some in person just to figure out the right size for fit.

Mine does not have that shield but I wish it did. I have a HJC CLMax, or something like that. The newer version maybe CL15 or maybe higher number now, does have that. This is a modular helmet and I cannot say enough about the modular where you can flip up the whole face or just the screen part. Add in the slide down sun visor and it would be perfect for me. I also use the rubber "fighter mask' type breath deflector, and I like it a lot.

The go fast guys like the moto-cross with goggles, but that is not convenient for how I ride, as I flip it open to talk a lot and while ice fishing too.

Check out the BRP modular. Has all the features with no need for a heated shield. I'm very happy with mine.
