I have a 2009 Vue and the same thing happened to me shortly after buying it used. I brought it back in to the dealer and they said that it need all 4 wheels re-alined. They said some how the back set of wheels became missed alined with the front causing it to make the traction system try to engage when going around a curve? They did the work and I have not had an issue since. Not sure if that is your issue or not but it could be?

The problem ended up being a bad crimp on a line near the top of the harness. It took about 6 hours to find and repair it but the shop only charge for 3.5 hours. Nice to have a shop that is willing to do this type of adjustment. I don't know how the diagnosis works and why it took so long to find and repair the problem, but again having a shop that will make these types of adjustments is worthy of my business.
