I picked one up yesterday. I will fish it tonight. I set it up in my home and am very pleased so far. Comes with two chairs even!

Picked up a Clam Bigfoot xl4000T from Glen's 269.00 free shipping.

Picked up the gander 8x8 thermal. 249.99 out the door, then a 50.00 GM Gift card. So it's not "truely" 199.99

I'm 99% sure it's made by eskimo. Everything about the shack shared similar stats and sizing as the 949.

Fished out of it today, in 12deg weather and it held up nicely, what a nice upgrade to my non therm.

Shoulder straps suck compared to the eskimo bag though.

I have yet to try mine out. It will be weird to have thermal finally. One of the guys at gander said it is made by the same company who makes their blinds but couldn't tell me who... Idk. It's a little bigger then the fatfish 949 but has 4 windows, 1 big door like the big foot, canvas is identical to clam, 11mm poles, remove able windows , does have the wide bottom like fatfish. Kind of a good mix of both brands. And yeah 50$ gift card so you pay 199 for the house and have 50 you have to spend at gander on other goodies. 199 for that shack was great I thought!
