Duffman
I'm about to head out for my third Friday afternoon in a row fishing out of the canoe. Had a nice muskie hit canoe side last week, missed her on that strike and a follow up strike. Thought to myself "That would've been fun", and then thought....."Until I tried to land it." Anybody else getting out? Well, time to go fishing while enjoying some of the finest scenery this state has to offer.

BartmanMN
That would be funny if they witnessed you landing a big musky. They would not jump off that board until it hit the sandy beach. lol
Duffman
Well, when I pick the lousiest time of the day to fish, I don't really expect much but I caught two small baas. I am surprised at the amount of human powered watercraft on the city lakes lately. There was a combination of 46 canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards on Isles when I entered it. One tip for you paddle boarding girls out there; Start your journey paddling into the wind, not vice versa, than I don't have to watch you struggle to get back. Have a great weekend as well PB! My fun is over, time to return to construction of my retaining wall and patio.
Duffman
Left the canoe home and took the boat camping last weekend. It sure is nice bringing EVERYTHING.

outdoors247
Hey, hey, hey! Nice Alumacraft Duff! I have a Navigator 165 too. I have a wheel boat though and it looks like you have a few more ponies. I have a Yamaha 4-Stroke 50 on the back.
Duffman
Had my heart set on a Lund, ended up with the Alumacraft, and after 9 years with it.......no regrets. That Suzuki 60 ain't the fastest thing, but it seems to handle the heavy loads just fine.
