JeremyCampbell Posted July 24, 2014 Share Posted July 24, 2014 I did the shopping this time with the kids at Coberns and found a great deal on T-bones.My daughter and I soaked these in a pan, refrigerated for 24 hrs with A1 Chicago steak house marinade.Came out great. LindellProStaf Posted July 30, 2014 Share Posted July 30, 2014 5 minutes per side for me. I also put 2 big chunks of hickory on before the steaks go on and let them smoke for a few minutes.
