Look's like a local game farm or bird hobbyist lost a bird from the cage. Don't believe Mn has any type population of chuckar partridge. Had to look at the date posted, thought maybe a April Fool's joke.

Chuck is a cool looking bird.

Invasive specie,Then we complain about silver and bighead carp?? The pretty ones get a pass and we'll darn sure irradicate the other! No matter how they got here we'll take sides?

Well damage each causes makes a little difference. Plus, it's such a cute little birdy! grin
