h8go4s
New desktop PC is a HP Envy. I like the old keyboard from my old HP, but it has a round plug, and the new PC has no place for it. The new keyboard has a USB plug. I'm wondering if I could pirate an unused USB cord, cut the plug off it and the old keyboard cord, and splice the USB plug onto the old keyboard cord. Oops- the round plug has 6 pins and the USB plugs look like they have 4 pins, so maybe this won't work.
delcecchi
Go to amazon, search in computers for "usb to keyboard adapter". 10 bucks or so and you have it. That look like what you need?
Nick Kuhn
It's a PS/2 to USB dongle, but yes that is what he needs.
