I just put a fantasy team in, don't really have a clue. I have a Lane, a Horton, a Hite, a Niggermeyer and a Powroznic. But now that I don't have them on my team I'm sure Tharp or Christie will be up there but I'm mad at them from my classic team.

But I'm alway pulling for Derek Remitz who fished in a local MN club not to many years ago.

Ike never quits tho. He'll be a player by Thursday morning I bet.

The temp down there was 82 for a high, surface water temps, early 60's high, main lake 55-58 yesterday, full moon and a local pro says the spawn is really late and is probably just getting going.

I wish i was down there, there could be some big weights of sows fulla eggs.

Water visibility has been poor but improving. This is info from the Bass fantasy blog which is produced by some local MN fellas, check it out.

Shaw was a favorite on the Bass fantasy blog, i scratched my head picking him because he lives in FL and is a great site fisherman as well as all round fisherman.

Seems like everyone complained about too many boats fishing the shallows and a lot of pressure on the bedding fish, I guess that won't improve until after tomorrows cut.

Weather for next two days is around 70 for highs, light SW wind next two days the fishing might get even better.

Hester really picked them! I see he finished number 2, that's amazing. There must be thousands of people playing this. I had Brett Hite and my next was Niggemeyer, had four fishing yesterday but only Hite made the cut.

Surprised this seemed to be mostly a prespawn tourney way down to the Florida line. Does this mean they won't spawn up here until mid June?

Picking St Johns won't be easy either and it comes up fast being next weekend!

The FLW is slowly going to fade away.

The few good sticks are jumping ship.

The FLW format is outdated.

The few talented guys from FLW realize the Elites are where they need to be.

Limited event schedule and limited ability to promote yourself hurts FLW.

Actually now they have me listed 1st overall. Not sure if it will hold up but if it does, where is the nearest Bass Pro Shops? I might have $2500 to spend. Whoot whoot!

FLW is going nowhere as long as Walmart decides to sponsor them. If Walmart drops them then FLW will be in real trouble.

FLW has just as many good sticks as B.A.S.S.. Check out the BassFan Rankings if you don't believe me. I think it is actually harder to be a top stick in FLW because the size of the field is so much bigger.
