I'm not sure if this helps but I have a 01 700 sks with the Gen 2 chassis or some call the scissors suspension. I think it would work but you may want to try and compare the holes in your chasis to the m10. I'm also tire kicking the idea of putting an Edge suspension in my sled not sure if this would work. Check out other sled blogs on the internet I'm sure someone has done this before or can help, good luck.

Unless the M-10 set up you have is specific for your sled, you'll probably need a mounting kit. You can buy them and they're not cheap but they include everything you need with templates to know where to drill and rivet to your tunnel. The alignment of the suspension to the tunnel is critical, and must be perfectly straight or you'll have problems forever.

Last year a fellow in Waconia was advertising on hsolist that he had CNC drilling templates and would install edge suspensions. He had suspensions for sale or bring your own. Would do it in the neighborhood of $150 you bring you own if I remember correctly. Must not have been enough business as haven't seen his add this year.

Just make sure if you attempt the swap that you get good reputable installation directions. A poor install and or incorrect mounting locations will provide incorrect geometry and the suspension will NOT work properly. It's very critical that it gets mouted right. Anyone that tells you different doesn't know what they are talking about. It is possible yes, is it easy to do wrong YES.

What! That's hog wash. I seen a Utube video where Billybob put on a newer suspension on to an old Ski-do! Anyone can bolt one up! laugh
