My wife bought some day old sweet rolls and Carmel rolls and sliced them up and dipped them in eggs and fried them up like French toast. I topped with cream cheese and All I can say is MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM delicious.

Something that I used to cook for breakfast on my fishing trips was walleye omelets. First start with freshly caught walleye, cut it up into small chunks, throw it in the frying pan with butter, along with your favorites, onion, peppers, mushrooms, etc.. when it is almost done to the point of being flaky, add in eggs. Cook on medium heat until the bottom side is done, flip it, add a bunch of cheese to the top side that is already cooked. Finish cooking until the bottom is done, and the cheese on top is somewhat melted, flop it on a plate and fold in half. "Fresh Walleye omelet" It is surprisingly very good.
