red and yellow peppers, onion sauteed a bit in butter. then the venny with a little montreal and pepper. brown it a bit on both sides and inhale. the venny is pieces cut from a steak from the tip roast on the hind. I always cut that roast into steaks. Always! My favorite chunk of meat on a deer.

Eat the Pine County venison that I ate as a kid in the 50's and 60's. Must have been living on alder and spruce.
